I would like cleaning to be carried out while I am out of the property, do you offer a key holding service?
Absolutely. This is a very popular service with many of our clients choosing to have cleaning work completed while they are at work, or out going about their daily lives. for a small monthly fee.
How safe will my keys be?
You will have to sign a key holding agreement, agreeing to give us a set of keys. A full description of all keys including the key serial numbers. Your keys will be stored in their own individual coded key safe. only two staff members will know the code to your key safe.
Staff need to sign your keys out of our office. The only time your keys are permitted to be out of their key safe are when staff are traveling to and from your property. Your keys will be phyiscally attached to the lead cleaners trousers with an extendable plastic cord. The Lead cleaner is not autherised to detach your keys for any reason what so ever other than when returning them to the key safe.
What if your staff loose my keys?
In the extremely rare event that we loose your keys, we will contact you. We will then arrange for our approved locksmith to replace your locks free of charge. as a matter of safety locks will be replaced the same day.
