Will i get the same cleaner every time?

If you are a large contract and need cleaning every day, then you will be assigned a "work force" which means you will have the same cleaners every day.

If you have a small contract and do not need cleaning every day, due to the ad-hoc nature of your business we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same cleaner every time. However we will make every effort to make sure you receive the same cleaner as often as possible.

On average our contracts last 1 year. Please speak to us if you would like a contract for a shorter or longer period of time.
You have changed prices/services mid contract. How will this affect me?
Any changes to services or prices that are made after your contract started will not effect you until you renew your contract. The price and services agreed in your service agreement is what you will be charged/receive until the end of your contract.
My business has multiple sites, is this something you can help me with?
Yes, each site will be given its own team including manager or lead cleaner.
Will I have to sign a contract?
Yes, all clients are required to sign a service agreement. This applies even if you need us on a ad-hoc basis.
