I would like to tip my cleaners. What is your Tipping policy?

If you wish to tip your cleaners you may do so at your own discretion.

Tipping by Cash:

Please give your tip directly to your cleaners. Your cleaners will keep 100% of all cash tips. We don't even need to know about them.

Tipping by Card:

Please add your tip to the total value of your invoice. Make sure you add a note with your invoice. If you do not add a note our systems will assume you have over paid and will credit your account. This will prevent your cleaners receiving your tip.

There is an admin fee of 20P per pound for all tip by card.
